Early Childhood Foundation

Creche, Pre-Nursery & Nursery

Creche (3 Months - 1 Year): Providing an exceptionally clean, hygienic, temperature-controlled, and highly secure environment. Our experienced and loving child care handlers offer infant schedules, motor stimulation, and nursery safety.

Pre-Nursery (1 Year - 3 Years): Toddlers focus on sensory coordination, social play, language expansion, basic speech, and building fine motor skills through creative learning toys and exercises.

Nursery (3 Years - 5 Years): Equipping preschool scholars with standard early reading phonics, handwriting guidance, basic numbering arithmetic, vocabulary structure, and civic morals to prepare them for grade schools.

Junior Secondary School (JSS 1 - 3)

The junior program bridges primary education and senior specialization. We introduce students to general science, advanced arithmetic, digital literacy, and civic duties. Students are exposed to multiple elective paths, allowing educators to gauge their natural inclinations and analytical strengths.

Our junior scholars participate in weekly practical laboratory workshops and computer coding modules, building a solid foundation for senior sciences. At the end of JSS 3, students sit for the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).

At the Senior level, students specialize in specific tracks based on their academic strengths and future career plans. English Language, Mathematics, Civic Education, and one trade subject are compulsory for all students.

Science Department

Designed for future engineers, medical professionals, and researchers. Focuses heavily on experimental methods and logic.

External Examinations Preparation

Covenant Christian Academy does not believe in short-cuts. We run intense, structural tutorial sessions, mock examinations, and laboratory practical assessments to fully prepare our students. As a result, our exam results are a source of pride nationwide.

BECE (Junior WAEC)

JSS 3 Students

Taken at the end of Junior Secondary, this certifies basic academic competencies and determines entry streams for Senior Secondary.

WAEC (WASSCE)

SSS 3 Students

The primary West African senior school certificate. Our students consistently sweep straight A's in Science, Arts, and Commercial subjects.

NECO (SSCE)

SSS 3 Students

The National Examinations Council senior secondary certificate, offering an additional pathway for local university validation.

Cambridge IGCSE

Optional (SSS 2/3)

International General Certificate of Secondary Education. Prepares students for entry into foreign universities and A-level colleges.
